Who we work with

For Architects

Technology that respects the design

A low-voltage and technology partner that protects your spatial vision instead of cluttering it.

Workplace technology for architects

Technology added late in a project is intrusive — to the design, the space plan, and the schedule. We work with architects from project start through completion, integrating commercial technology into the design so it belongs to the building instead of being bolted onto it. Our designs layer directly into your electrical drawings, and we coordinate with contractors so what's drawn is what gets built.

Sound familiar?

  • Technology decisions arriving after the design is locked
  • Coordination gaps between architect, contractor, and tech vendors
  • Expensive field changes during implementation
  • Projects where technology planning has fallen behind

How we work with architects

  • Deep-dive discovery into your client's ideal end-user experience
  • Low-voltage design and consulting layered into your drawings
  • Technology project management through construction
  • Coordination with contractors for accurate execution
  • Mid-project rescue when technology planning is behind
  • Post-project system support and maintenance

What architects ask us

When should a technology consultant join an architectural project?
At concept design — before the drawings are locked. Technology decided early layers into the electrical drawings, pathways, and budget cleanly; technology added late means field changes, exposed fixes, and compromises to the design intent. That said, we join projects at any stage, including mid-construction rescues.
Do you produce drawings we can incorporate into our set?
Yes. Our low-voltage and technology designs are produced to layer directly into your construction documents, and we coordinate with your electrical engineer so power, pathways, and device locations agree across the set.
Are you tied to specific technology brands?
No. Phase Integration isn't tied to any brand. Recommendations are driven by the design intent, the client's needs, and the budget, not a manufacturer's line card. That independence protects your design and your client relationship.
